We have had Premier Waste at our school now for 9 yrs. Their service over this time has been excellent,any time I need to make a change e.g , extra service, or to cancel a collection, they have responded accordingly. During the holiday period when I need to order and get a skip, it always turns up on the day of my request and picked up when requested as well. We have never had any real concerning experiences with the drivers, especially when our access into our street can be challenging at times and getting into our staff carpark. Greg, who has been my contact manager during these 9yrs, is always there for any issues that do arise, and addresses the situation and rectifies it as promptly as possible.
